I'm assuming that this tuning will be a lowering of the pitch or you can have a standard tuning and capo the neck at the 8th fret if you want to take it up (i wouldn't recommend trying to tune the strings "up" to this tuning
The easiest way to attain this tuning is to firstly have your guitar tuned to a standard EADGBe
Hold your finger on the 1st fret of the low "E" string and lower the pitch of the open "A" string until they sound the same. Then hold your finger on the 5th fret of the "A" string and tune the open "D" string to match. Again the 5th fret on the "D" to get the pitch of the open "G". 4th fret on "G" to get the open "B" and 5th on the"B" for the open high "e"
Once you have tuned those strings, lower the pitch of the low"E" so that when it it pressed at the 5th fret it sounds the same as the open "A" string.
)
I'm curious, what song is tuned so low?
I hope this is of help to ya !

Golas, An alternative (and perhaps) easier way would be to download Guitar Sidekick. It's a guitar "accesory" on your computer. When you download it, you can access many features until they become disabled. Then you gotta fork out the dosh (Shareware). I recommend checking it out. As far as tuning goes: you can specify the tuning you want string by string. Guitar Sidekick also features a drum machine where you design your own rhythms. You can download at these locations: I've used it for the drum machine and tuning features and a little of tab composing. Cheerio, [glow=red,2,300]J. Edgar[/glow]
