Hey guys. Just wondering if you could help me. Is there is a non-expensive drum and bass machine that you might know of. Im looking for something with a bit of quality that i can jam with at home, I know you can get bass/drums on certain effects pedals and so forth, but i'm after something that i can decide the songs that i can play along to. For example, if i wanted to play 'no secrets- the angels' , then would i be able set it up so i can? The above may sound like a dumb question, but i really have no idea what is available when it comes to these types of effects. thanks for your time..................... Homer.j

Homer, Have you tried downloading Midi files, the internet has literally thousands floating around. Some midi file players you can download for your PC have the facility to remove tracks such as melody lines, strings, trumpets or any other instrument that you don't want to listen to. While most of the instruments sound very ordinary through my PC soundcard, the quality is usually good enough to jam along with especially if you only want bass and drums. Some files have a kareoke component so you can sing along. The catch is....You may not find all the songs you want and the upside is....Someone else has done all the hard work and most of them are free to download.
