Does anyone know how to play any of the songs from the sound track to Morning Of The Earth, the old surf movie?
It's such an amazing soundtrack, and every time I hear, I just want to bust out... but can't. I've figured out the first chord progession of the the title track, but it gets complicated very quickly.
The main songs i'm after would be the title track, Simple Ben, and Day Comes, but I'd be stoked with any of the songs on there.
Cheers, Daly

Simple Ben is two chords A & D
Morning of the Earth D, F, G, Bb I use D formation sliding uo the neck.
don't know what GW uses but this works sort of.

C golden G eye ...Am warms me .....C stumble... G shore. Repeat Verse Chorus: C and you .... G down C keep on... G round ... Am nothing a C bout you...G change. Morning of the earth: E D A C but better to use some variations of these chords up and down the neck to get a more ethereal sound. For the intro play ( strum or pick) ) B string on frets 9 12 10 8 along with the high ( OPEN! ) E string for a nice harmonic ring Simple Ben: Just two chords G and C (continiously rolling) or A and D

Hi I notice this is a pretty old chat but I’m keen to figure the Morning of The Earth title track out for a single acoustic guitar. I’m a basic guitarist but as an old surfer and guitar player it means a lot to me. Has anyone got tabs or know where I can find them. Thanks Tony
