How about next year, to actually make the show interesting, they take 14 lead guitarists, stick 'em in the house for 12 weeks, but don't tell them until they are in there that there is only a set of drums and a tambourine to play??

OK...............Sleepyhead mentioned Tom Bosley - as in the Tom Bosley who played the father in Happy Days? He must be about 80 by now! I also gather it is on pay TV - I sometimes work late at a place that has Austar - what day/time etc. You guys have got me wondering!!!!

the below is from the comedy channel website thecomedychannel.com.au/------------------------ The Family Guy Keep up to speed each weekday with The Comedy Channel's favourite dysfunctional family with their everyday trials and tribulations of family life, but with the distinctively exaggerated twist and irreverent slant that only an animation can provide. Then wake up Saturday mornings to the best of The Family Guy for 2 hours from 8:30am. Mon - Fri at 9:30am/5pm & 2 hrs every Sat from 8:30am Family Guy Marathon Spend the whole day with the Griffin family, a misfit Rhode Island family, as we play the entire first AND second series back-to-back. See all the riduculous events caused by their idiotic father, Peter Griffin and enjoy the familiy fun on the Queen's Birthday holiday. Monday June 13 from 9.30am - 10pm ------------------------ hopefully you can get somewhere to check it out - it's kinda like the simpsons, but more for adults.

Dear Dogil I'll explain.
Stewie, the baby, and Brian, the dog, are on a train in Switzerland. Stewie looks up from his paper and asks Brian if that is Tom Bosley sitting further train. As Brian begins to answer, Stewie screams "Tom" and hides behind his paper. He then asks Brian if the guy turned around. When Brian says he wasnt watching, Stewie says "You look I'll call out". He then screams "Tom Bosley" and the guy doesn't turn around. they both agree that it would be a little wierd that tom bosley would be on a train in switzerland.
the pure genius of family guy is that it is not funny until you actually see it. having it told to you just doesn't have the same effect.
